• Video Analytics - Video Analytics distinguishes people from animals or vehicles and enhances perimeter security and property awareness. Get a video alert if someone lingers at your door, a car enters your driveway or your naughty pet jumps on the sofa.
• 24/7 Professional monitoring - A live operator calls you to verify alarms. In the event of a real alarm, we dispatch the proper authorities. We monitor unlimited zones for burglary, or any other type of emergency and record all system arming / disarming. Crash & Smash or APL included for applicable systems. Add 24/7 monitoring to your service for only $10.00/month
• Internet or Wi-Fi Monitoring - Your security system uses an internet connection or Wi-Fi alarm communicator to report alarms to our central station. Daily supervision of internet communicators included.
• Cellular Monitoring - The most secured and reliable communication path. 316 Security activates your system’s cellular communicator and pays for the cellular data charges. Can be combined with your Wi-Fi or internet for redundancy.
• Arm / Disarm via Phone & Web - View live status of system and zones and control your security system from anywhere using mobile app or computer.
• Remote Z-Wave Control - With a Z-Wave enabled system, control lights, locks and thermostats when you’re not home for lifestyle convenience and energy savings.
• Image Sensors - Receive snap shots of alarm events triggered by your hybrid motion sensor / camera to verify alarms. Requires Alarm.com communicator.
• Video Surveillance - View your property live through approved IP cameras or your video doorbell and receive actual video clips when motion is detected. Video is stored online and can be downloaded as needed.
• Recording - Plans with video support service for 1 doorbell and 2 cameras with 3000 clips but does not support 24/7 recording.
• Pricing - Pricing may increase for requested items with additional features. Integrated alarm packages have a one-time activation fee of $45. Prices listed above include installation for one-story homes or small offices. Prices may be different for two-story homes or large commercial properties.
