Mike is married to his wife, Dala, and they have 2 girls excelling in school, interested in Art & technology.

Rob graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with degrees in Chemical & Environmental Engineering, with an extensive background in Marketing & Computers. With his technical prowess and innovative outlook on Home Security & Smart Automation Solutions, Rob has helped 316 Security cultivate the perfect blend of cutting-edge products and services for homeowners & business owners. Rob is married to his wife Claudia, has a son attending The University of Texas (Austin) for Mechanical Engineering, and has been an active member of the PGA of America since 1998. The 'Tech' gene runs deep in the West Family!

Martin has been working with 316 Security as an installer since 2021. He has been in the Security & Automation Industry for over 10 years. Martin handles everything related to the installation of alarm systems, cameras, and network build-outs.

Dala has been working with 316 Security since inception. She started part-time, but now works full-time as 316's Office Manager, as well as being in charge of Client Relations. Dala is also a certifiied teacher, and enjoys being a 'soccer mom' to her and Mike's two girls.
